As part of the PHINLA II Project, Janathakshan successfully conducted the Follow-Up Business Plan Development Workshop in Wattala, continuing the journey of empowering Resource Collectors and MRF from Wattala.
During this session, participants:
- Presented their developed business plans, following the initial training
- Received expert guidance to fine-tune business targets and strategies
- Strengthened their entrepreneurial mindset to manage and grow sustainable waste management businesses
The workshop created an interactive space where Resource Collectors could share ideas, gain feedback, and build confidence in shaping their entrepreneurial path.
This training is part of Janathakshan’s commitment to capacity building and supporting communities to not only manage waste effectively but also transform opportunities into long-term income generation.
Together, let’s make Wattala a model for sustainability and community-driven waste management!
