Since operations began on 28th November, our Janathakshan volunteers, alongside SLPP partners, have supported the DMC 117 Emergency Hotline at a critical moment for the country.
We are humbled to share that we have collectively answered 40,000+ emergency requests from affected communities across Sri Lanka. Each call represented a family in distress, and each response helped coordinate urgent support with the relevant authorities.
Operations are still ongoing, and our volunteers continue on shift to assist the national response.
